Lighthouse - Print
Not only is this lighthouse painting one of my favorites that I’ve done recently, but it was a big change in style from what I am used to. This piece initially started as an experiment into the style of Vincent Van Gogh. Van Gogh’s style has always been a favorite of mine, even though I’ve never been the biggest fan of impressionism. Yet somehow, his artworks never cease to blow me away. I knew I had to try his style in my own artwork. Soon, this piece was born.
This Vincent Van Gogh lighthouse that I painted is actually a lighthouse in my hometown.
